Welcome to Butik Massage Istanbul. By using our site or booking a session, you agree to the rules below. We keep them short so you know exactly what to expect.

Booking & Payment Rules

All appointments are made online or by phone. You must be at least 18 years old to book any service. When you confirm a session, we hold the slot for you for 15 minutes. If you’re late by more than 10 minutes, we may need to shorten the treatment or cancel it without a refund.

We accept cash, credit cards, and major e‑wallets. The total price shown includes taxes and any applicable fees. A 20% deposit is required for private or special‑request sessions. The deposit is non‑refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.

If you need to change the date, let us know at least 12 hours ahead. We’ll try to move you to a new slot, but we can’t promise a full refund for short‑notice changes.

Privacy & Safety Guidelines

We respect your privacy. Personal data you share (name, phone, email) is stored securely and used only to manage your booking. We never sell your information to third parties.

All therapists are licensed and follow strict hygiene standards. We clean the massage room before and after each client. If you have any health concerns, tell us before the session so we can adjust the treatment.

Our services are strictly professional. Any request for illegal or non‑consensual activities will be refused and reported to authorities.

If you have a complaint, contact us within 7 days of the session. We’ll investigate and try to make it right. Unresolved disputes may be taken to the courts in Istanbul.

These terms may change from time to time. When we update them, we’ll post the new version on this page. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the new terms.
